1. Reservation Policy

  • Guests can make reservations via our website, by phone, or directly at the hotel.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
  • Advance payment may be required during peak seasons or special events.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is 12:00 PM
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before check-in will receive a 25% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged for one night.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow hotel rules.
  • Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms.
  • Any damage to hotel property will result in charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Interruptions due to natural calamities or circumstances beyond our control
